Yes. Grace and Gaia ships to most countries worldwide including the UK, Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia and beyond. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Every Grace and Gaia piece is handmade to order and Reiki-charged before it leaves us. Once your order is ready, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days within the UK. International orders vary by destination and estimated times are shown at checkout.

Please allow a little extra time during busy periods. Good things are worth waiting for.

Please double-check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. Once an item has been shipped we are unable to redirect it. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately at graceandgaia.com/pages/contact and we will do our best to help if the order has not yet been dispatched.

If the item has already been shipped, we will need to await its return before resending. In this case a second postage charge will apply, as the responsibility for an incorrect address rests with the customer at the time of ordering.

Because every piece is handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns unless your item arrives damaged or faulty. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage and we will make it right.

If you have any concerns about your order before it arrives, please don't hesitate to get in touch. We are always happy to help.

As each item is made to order, we begin work on your piece soon after receiving your order. Once production has begun, we are unable to cancel. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately at graceandgaia.com/pages/contact and if we have not yet started crafting your order, we will happily do so.

Yes. We care about the life of every piece we make. If something needs repairing, please get in touch via our contact page with a description and photo of the damage and we will let you know how we can help. Repair costs and postage will be discussed on a case by case basis.

Because every Grace and Gaia piece is handmade with individual care and intention, we are not currently able to offer wholesale rates. The handmade nature of our work means each item takes time and that time is part of what makes it what it is.

We trust our suppliers to be honest about where and how our crystals are sourced. We ask questions, we check where we can, and we do our best to ensure they come from responsible sources. But the truth is, full traceability is not always possible.

It is important to understand just how many people are involved in the supply chain. From the moment a stone is mined until it arrives at the retailer, it passes through countless intermediaries. Every stage of its journey is an opportunity for details about how and where it was mined and processed to be lost. In some cases this happens due to a lack of awareness. In others, it is intentional.

Because of this, we cannot make any absolute guarantees. We do not want to make false claims. Our suppliers are based in the UK, the EU, and worldwide, and we will always work on improving this because it matters to us deeply.

We share our crystals in good faith, and from there it is up to you to decide what feels right for you.
