Let the beads guide your rhythm. Trace your fingers over the beads and repeat.
Inhale for 4 counts: Invite your intention in.
Hold for 7 counts: Allowing your cells to feel its vibration.
Exhale for 8 counts: Release and Align with the energy.
If this rhythm feels challenging, start where you are and grow into it.

How to measure: Wrap the measuring tape snugly around the widest part of your wrist. Note the number on the measuring tape cms, and add an extra 1 cms to determine the rightsize.
- X-Small: 17-18 cm
- Small: 18-19 cm
- Medium: 19-20 cm
- Large: 20-21 cm
- Extra large: 21-22 cm
We use 8mm beads and 4mm which gives a length of about 17cm as a minimum. Spacer beads, marker beads, or accents can make the mala longer.
Additional rings are added to the end to make it to your size.
Each of our Mala is handmade to order, using semi-precious gemstones and strong stainless steel wire. Everything we use is mostly stainless steel to make it tarnish proof as much as possible.
