I love my little Buddha and altar set. It is the perfect size to work with the moon phases and the Wheel of the Year…using crystals, a candle and some nature finds to ground into the seasons and cycles. Your breath is not just air. It is your reset button. When your mind races, your breath slows it. When tension grips your chest, your breath softens it. The 4-7-8 pattern is a simple, powerful tool for stillness.
Inhale for 4 counts
Draw in fresh energy and intention. Invite your intention in.
Hold for 7 counts
Allow your cells to feel the vibration. Let peace and clarity settle within.
Exhale for 8 counts
Release and align with the energy. Let go of what no longer serves you.

Bracelet or keychain?
Both are beautiful and both work. The bracelet is designed with an OT clasp so the T can be held between your fingers as you trace your pattern. The keychain ring is large enough to slide your finger through to follow the breathwork rhythm.
They fit seamlessly into your daily routine. Attached to your keys, clipped to your bag, worn on your wrist or kept in your pocket. To others it looks like something pretty. For you it is a reminder that peace is always within reach.
Finding your size
Wrap a measuring tape snugly around the widest part of your wrist. Note the measurement in cm and add 1cm to find your ideal size.
We use 8mm and 4mm semi-precious beads on 7-strand high-strength thread with stainless steel findings to keep your piece tarnish-resistant and lasting.

Caring for your beads
Breathing beads are a sacred tool. They are not designed for heavy wear, rough handling or constant keyring use. Treat them with the same care you give your breath. Softly, intentionally, and with love.
To cleanse the energy of your beads, place them in moonlight overnight or near a selenite stick. Breakages caused by misuse or rough handling are not eligible for repair or return.
